I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were clean, quiet, and warm, but unfortunately, they were not soundproof, and I could hear the elevator going up and down all night. The service was superb, with super friendly and helpful staff offering a wide range of services. The location was great, right in the center of Lviv but at times could be loud in the night. The dining options were acceptable, but waiting times could be long. Facilities were adequate but not outstanding.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious, modern, and sparkling clean, but the noise from the nearby main road was quite bothersome. The location was excellent, very close to the Old Town with various dining options nearby, while the entrance appeared a bit grotty. The service was friendly and helpful, with staff speaking multiple languages, although the noise from outside could be disruptive at times. The dining experience was very excellent, offering a wide selection for breakfast. Overall, the hotel provided good value for money despite a couple of drawbacks.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is superb, right by the opera theatre and the main square, making it perfect for exploring the city on foot without needing transportation. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and the overall value for money is excellent. However, the dining options were a bit limited, and the lack of a safe in the room was a small downside.
